In the process of doing business and establishing a coaching relationship with you, it is necessary to collect specific information to get that started. Below is the privacy policy associated with how I accomplish that on this website.

What personal data I collect and why I collect it

I collect your first name, email address and phone number in our contact forms. This gives me the information I need to make contact with you at your request and provide further information about the services I offer. By clicking the submit button, you are giving consent for me to contact you.  You will also be asked to click in consent prior to clicking the send or submit button. The forms are not linked to my email autoresponder (Constant Contact) and you will not be added to my mailing list(s)without your permission. The contact information is kept in the data base for 3 months.

You may ask to have it erased at any time by emailing me at the contact email provided at the bottom of this policy.

I collect first name and email address for the purpose of sending occasional newsletters and inspiring information that I feel could be of interest to you. This data is immediately transferred to to my email autoresponder and does not remain in the database.  My  email autoresponder is provided through Constant Contact. Their privacy policy can be accessed here.

COOKIES

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

I've chosen not to use analytics tracking at this time.  I do use the Yoast SEO plugin to help me optimize search engine visibility making it easier for you to find me online.

If you are concerned about the use of cookies, please refer to your browser instructions to disable on your respective devices. Know that when you do that, it could interfere with your ability fully access services provided.

This website is hosted on shared servers at Websavers.ca. Their privacy policy can be accessed here.

Our  email autoresponder service is Constant Contact. The first name and email address are immediately transferred into the Constant Contact system. When you click the submit or send buttons you are giving your consent for us to send emails to the email address provided.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or by contacting me at the email provided at the end of this policy.

How your data is protected

While no security measures are foolproof, we have taken every precaution to protect your information.
Your data is encrypted for an added layer of security. The website is monitored for security breaches by Websavers.
